All prices are per person quoted in US Dollars based on a minimum of 8 passengers per departure. Rates are based on double occupancy accommodations, land only. Fuel surcharges, government taxes, departure taxes and September 11th Security Fees are included. Package prices are valid as of Dec 1, 2024 and subject to availability at time of booking. A non/refundable 25% deposit is due at time of booking to confirm program. Final payment is due 120 days prior to departure and is non-refundable once received. Departures are guaranteed once 8 passengers booked. If departure is cancelled due to low participants, (unrelated to Force Majeure), African Travel will offer an alternative or comparable departure. If either option is not accepted, African travel will refund monies on file. African Travel is not responsible for additional expenses and cancellation fees on services booked elsewhere (i.e. airline cancellation fees, pre/post nights, etc.).
